Accommodation & Tariff Details

Earthbag Houses:

These are individual spaces accommodating 2-3 people conveniently with attached washrooms. They have simple interiors with a king-sized double bed and extra mattress (chargeable) shall be provided on requirement.

Keeping in mind the sustainability and eco-friendly techniques these have been built with walls made up of waste cement bags filled with earth. Special feature of these living spaces is that they remain warm during winters and equally cool during summers, safe during floods and earthquakes as well.

Tariff:

Double Occupancy : INR 1800 on EP (Room only)

Single Occupancy : INR 1650 on EP(Room only)

Extra Person             : INR 500 (only one extra bedding can be provided in an Earthbag House)

For Kids:

  • Up to 5 years  :  Complementary stay
  • 6 – 10 Years     :   INR 300/- (1 or 2 kids will be provided with only one extra bed)
  • Above 10 Years: Fully Chargeable

Tents:

They are safari tents(10×12) with some common bathrooms and Toilets. Floor bedding with charging points are provided. They are at an elevated place with a better view 😉

Extra Person              : INR 400/- (only one extra bedding can be provided in a tent)

Food Charges: Per Person

Guide/Activity Charges:

  • Nature Walks, Upto 4 people              :INR 150/- per hour
  • Nature Walks, more than 4 people  :INR 200/- per hour
  • Bird specialist guide           : INR 2000/- per day
  • Binoculars on rent               : INR 200/- per day

Cab Charges:

  • Early Morning or Late evening railway/bus Station transfer (Kathgodam, Haldwani & Nainital): INR 900/1100/- (Alto/Sumo)
  • Jeolikote market *pick/drop*           : INR 300/- (Alto/Sumo)
  • Jeolikote Local *Full Day till 7 pm*  : INR 1600/2000/- (Alto/Sumo)
  • Nainital *Full Day*                : INR 2000/2500/- (Alto/Sumo)
  • Sattal/Chanfi *Full Day*        : INR 2000/2500/- (Alto/Sumo)
  • Pangot *Full Day*                 : INR 2000/2500/- (Alto/Sumo)

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 15 days before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
  • Between 15 days to 7 days: 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation/modification fee
  • 7 days before check-in date: no refund
  • In case of no show: no refund

In order to promote Eco-sustainable tourism and to maintain a peaceful environment we have certain rules and guidelines, please read carefully before booking.

  • Alcohol Consumption is strictly prohibited in & around Camp Premises
  • Loud Music & Bluetooth Speakers are not allowed in & around the Camp
  • Smoking is allowed only in an designated zone
  • Misbehaviour, loud conversation, use of abusive language or any kind of violence will lead to an immediate checkout without refund.

Reservation Policy:

  • Check in time: 12:30pm
  • Check out time: 11:30am
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the Camp directly.
  • No check in without a valid id proof.
  • Passport and visa are mandatory to show for foreigners and NRI’s
  • Extension of rooms nights are subject to availability
  • Extra person 5 years or above with or without an extra bed will be on extra charge.
